英国飞机引擎巨头罗尔斯罗伊斯(Rolls-Royce)被指涉嫌曾向中国东方航空和中国国航高层行贿。英国严重欺诈办公室23日对其正式进行犯罪调查。罗尔斯罗伊斯所涉海外市场贪污受贿案，涉及2005年与国航和2010年与东航的两桩交易。部分指控甚至可以追溯到十多年前。罗尔斯罗伊斯在过去的20年间，通过在中国和印尼雇佣"中间人"，获取数十亿英镑的商业订单。这些中介是一些当地公司，专门负责销售、配送、修理与维护。此前，美国司法部也曾对罗罗可能存在的海外腐败行为提出警示。 该公司23日表示，美国方面"尚未采取行动"。
