松下将三洋平板电视业务并入总部

　　据日本共同社报道，松下公司决定将子公司三洋电机在北美开展的平板电视业务并入总部。所涉及的30多名三洋国内员工将在3月底前自愿离职。
　　松下将于4月进行部门调整，把平板电视等数码影音家电部门并入冰箱等白色家电部门。三洋的电视机业务也将被松下吸收。此举旨在加强家电部门的竞争力。
　　在北美，三洋一年向零售巨头沃尔玛出货约300万台电视机，由于能确保盈利，三洋的商标将继续保留。
　　电视业务合并完成后，由三洋直接开展的业务将只剩下鸟取子公司的电子基板生产业务。
