传微软将于3月11日发布Windows 8.1 Update 1

据国外媒体的报道，有消息称微软将会在3月11日发布Windows 8.1 Update 1，这将会是Windows 8在发布以来最大的一次更新，而微软也将会在这个新版本中加入一些新的功能和改进。
以下是目前市场上关于Windows 8.1 Update 1的传言汇总：
（1）系统对内存和硬盘容量的要求会降低，从而兼容更多的平板电脑。
（2）桌面快捷方式会进行调整，迎合如今的Windows应用。

（3）经典的开始菜单可能不会在此次更新中回归，不过有望在未来一年内的第二次更新中看到。
（4）发布日期最晚不会超过四月下旬。
如果微软会在3月11日发布Windows 8.1 Update 1的话，那么距离Windows 8的发布日期还不到5个月，这对于微软来说是个相当大的变化，一般情况下，微软在发布某个新系统之后，一般会每隔数年后才会发布命名"Service Pack"的更新包，如今的"Update"更新包可能意味着系统更新速度会有所提高。
