搜房网8亿元收购宝安全部股份 设立上海总部

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间1月2日晚间消息，搜房网(NYSE:SFUN)今日宣布，已正式设立上海总部，以支持公司在上海及南京和杭州等华东地区15个城市的运营。
　　此外，搜房网同时还宣布，已签署合约，将以8亿元人民币(约合1.273亿美元)的现金从三家公司手中购买中国宝安集团股份有限公司的全部股权，位于上海市浦东新区东方路800号的宝安大厦将被用于上海总部办公。
　　宝安大厦占地面积约42000平方米，目前主要作为办公楼、零售场所和酒店使用，之后将变成搜房网上海总部的办公楼和培训场所，以支持搜房网在上海和华东地区的扩张。该交易预计2013年第一季度完成。
　　搜房网执行董事长莫天全称："上海和华东地区是中国最活跃的经济区，对于搜房网的发展做出了巨大贡献。在过去的一年中，我们尝试在上海和华东地区运营，此次设立上海总部无疑将进一步拓展我们在该地区的运营。而购买办公大楼则表明我们拓展上海和华东市场的决心。"(李明)
