美法庭裁定Yelp用户无需删除负面评论

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间1月3日晚间消息，美国弗吉尼亚州一法庭近日裁定，用户在消费点评网站Yelp上的负面评论无需被审查。
　　美国居民珍妮·佩雷斯(Jane Perez)稍早些时候曾在Yelp和另一家点评网站Angie's List上称，自己所聘请的装修公司Dietz Development把家里弄得一团糟，不但工作没有完成，还丢失了一些珠宝。
　　但警方调查结果显示，没有证据表明Dietz Development工作人员盗取了佩雷斯的珠宝。随后，Dietz Development创始人克里斯托弗·戴兹(Christopher Dietz)将佩雷斯告上法庭。
　　法官的裁决是，要求佩雷斯重写Yelp上的评论，删除关于丢失珠宝方面的内容。但公共公民和美国公民自由联盟(Public Citizen and the American Civil Liberties Union)却对该裁决表示不满，并提起上诉。
　　最终，弗吉尼亚州一法庭推翻了之前的裁决，称用户在消费点评网站Yelp上的负面评论无需被审查。律师保罗·艾伦·利维(Paul Alan Levy)称："不能随便让他人撤回你自己不喜欢的言论。"(李明)
