北京下月起整治手机市场：将针对售后维修

　　本报讯(记者 张鑫)系统升级后硬件出现问题手机不再保修、拆开检测后厂家拒绝保修……手机市场的种种乱象将成为今年的集中治理重点。今天上午，北京市工商局局长杨艺文做客城市管理广播时表示，最快下月将部署对手机市场的专项整治。
　　杨艺文表示，在2012年关于商品质量的投诉中，家用电子消费品占比最大，而在该类商品中，手机投诉最多。今年，市工商局将规范手机市场纳入到专项整治范畴。专项整治将针对消费者投诉较集中的销售、售后维修等环节展开。
