黑石欲选甲骨文CEO执掌戴尔

网易科技讯 3月27日消息，据国外媒体报道，甲骨文公司CEO马克·赫德（Mark Hurd）今天在云计算中心的东京开幕式上接受日本媒体采访时，明确表示不会出任戴尔公司CEO。

赫德说，"我是甲骨文的人，我也很高兴为甲骨文工作，我对于戴尔公司完全没兴趣。"传闻源于黑石集团（Blackstone Group）将选择赫德出任CEO，不过今天这个传言已被终结。赫德对于甲骨文公司十分重要，失去他将对甲骨文公司造成巨大打击。赫德曾执掌多家硬件公司，如惠普和NCR。他也帮助甲骨文公司从一家软件公司成为硬件公司。对Sun公司的收购，就是最好的证明。
对于现在的甲骨文公司来说，硬件市场竞争激烈，硬件收入不断下降。甲骨文公司正努力消减低利润的硬件产品，转而专注软硬件结合的"工程系统"，以获取高额利润。这个时候更不能缺少赫德。
周一，黑石集团对戴尔公司的报价，据透露为14.25美元每股，高于市场预期。(秉翰)
