三星起诉LG在冰箱广告中玷污其企业形象

3月27日消息，日前，电子巨头三星向法院递交了起诉书，这份起诉书的内容是关于LG公司一系列广告玷污了三星的企业形象。

事件起源于去年8月份，三星在某个冰箱的广告中将三星冰箱和LG冰箱的容量进行了对比，并且对比结果是三星冰箱的容量更大。这个广告使得LG即为不满，将三星告到首尔法院，并要求三星赔偿其100亿韩元的费用。与此同时，LG制作了网络广告对三星的行为进行了谴责。
据悉，广告已经播出，三星对此表示极为不满。三星认为LG在广告中玷污了其企业形象，因此在这一最新诉讼中，三星要求LG赔偿价值4500万美元的损失费用。
据了解，三星已经以LG在其系列广告中玷污了三星的企业形象为由，向首尔法院正式递交了起诉书。
