美国法院驳回谷歌数字图书集体诉讼

[unable to retrieve full-text content]　　新浪科技讯 北京时间7月1日晚间消息，美国第二联邦上诉法院今天裁定，针对谷歌打造全球最大数字图书馆的诉讼本不应演变为集体诉讼。

　　该法院称，巡审法官陈卓光(Denny Chin)错在过早批准美国作家协会集体起诉谷歌，他应先确定谷歌"正当使用"这一辩护的法律依据。
