联想CEO杨元庆自掏2000万奖励基层员工

网易科技讯 9月2日消息，联想集团CEO杨元庆日前决定自掏腰包，拿出325万美元（约合人民币2000万元）来奖励员工；联想人力资源高级副总裁乔健在给员工的备忘录中称，本月1万名员工就会收到奖金。
联想集团方面称，杨元庆做出这个决定是因为公司产品出货和营收破纪录；杨元庆认为，他个人获得的这笔奖金，一线基层员工功不可没，因此决定将公司业绩增长给他个人带来的福利，以特别奖金的形式与普通员工分享。这是杨元庆连续第二年自掏腰包为基层员工发放奖金。
据悉，这笔奖金将分给联想全球在生产线以及一线从事基础运营工作的基层员工，平均每人能得325美元。
