酷壳网站创始人陈浩在2月6日制作了一个弹窗（如图所示），对来自百度的访问者弹出对话框"检测到你还在使用百度这个搜索引擎，做为一个程序员，这是一种自暴自弃"。结果在2月21日，他收到了百度法律顾问的邮件，接着在3月22日百度发出律师函，指责酷壳的百度弹窗构成对百度公司的不正当竞争，要求在三天之内"清除所有相关侵权程序，立即停止对百度公司的所有侵权行为"。陈浩表示不会畏惧百度的起诉。
