当中国出现了一个司法不公的可疑案件，你会怎么做？喊冤上访，别逗了，去白宫请愿吧。清华大学朱令铊中毒案的一个主要嫌疑人是孙维，孙维是朱令的室友，被认为有动机也有能力接触到铊。她曾在1997年作为嫌疑人接受警方调查，但之后由于其家庭的政治关系案件被神秘终止（但另有一说是没有确凿证据）。孙维目前居住在美国，因此有人在白宫发起请愿，要求美国以"保护本国公民"的名义调查这起投毒案件。仅仅两天请愿署名人数已超过五万，还差四万九白宫将要做出正式回应。朱令及相关关键词已被新浪微博屏蔽。
