Pandora寻求减少85%版税支出遭音乐家指责

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间6月26日下午消息，美国著名摇滚乐队Pink Floyd当地时间周一指责流媒体音乐服务提供商Pandora通过"欺骗"手段来减少音乐家们的收入，企图少支付85%的版税。
　　Pink Floyd乐队的三位成员大卫·吉尔摩(David Gilmour)， 尼克·梅森(Nick Mason)和罗杰·沃特斯(Roger Waters)在"今日美国"网站上发表公开信，指责Pandora在发给他们的邮件中要求音乐家签署支持信，以支持互联网流媒体音乐。
　　据悉，Pandora发起的这一由音乐家联合签名的支持信将被用于国会请愿，旨在说服国会通过一条特别的法案。在该法案下，Pandora将减少支付音乐家85%的版税。
　　Pink Floyd乐队指出，Pandora在邮件中没有提及任何数字，"我们是互联网音乐的热切支持者，我们希望它能够快速成长。同时我们也倡导公平对待艺术家。这封要求签名的支持信存在'欺骗'性质，音乐家很难意识到他们热烈支持的东西竟然会让自己的收入减少85%，而Pandora在版税方面的支出则会降低85%。"
　　Pink Floyd乐队认为，在数字音乐方面，90%的艺术家每年收入不足5000美元，Pandora 的提议是他们无法承受的。去年，已有100多名音乐家联名反对Pandora企图减少版税的活动。(朱飞)
