乐视与国美达成10万台乐视电视采购包销合作

　　新浪科技讯 8月29日上午消息，乐视网今日发布公告称，已与国美达成战略框架合作。国美将采购包销10万台"乐视TV"超级电视。
　　乐视网27日曾因重大事项筹备而停牌。今日，乐视通过公告宣布了上述合作计划。根据公告，国美电器将在未来一年内，计划采购包销销售10万台乐视TV超级电视。
　　双方合作首批涉及的国美分部为20家，门店为400家。国美电器新活馆门店会建立20家乐视体验厅，以配合乐视网的终端销售，其余门店免费提供特殊样机展台。
　　乐视公告称，此次合作预计会对公司2013年度业绩产生积极的影响，但仍需视后续合同的履行情况决定。(李云)
