奇虎360发售可转债融资5.5亿美元

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间8月29日下午消息，据《华尔街日报》报道，奇虎360(NYSE:QIHU)周三发售了中概股迄今规模最大的可转债，融资5.5亿美元。部分资金或用于收购一家竞争对手。
　　公司通常在股价上升期间利用可转债市场，而周二奇虎360股价刚创下新高。与普通债券不同，可转债能够在预定的未来某一日期转换为股票。奇虎360上月表示正洽购搜狐(63.4, 2.79, 4.60%)旗下搜狗搜索业务。(铁军)
