劳工组织称iPhone 5C代工厂存在多处违法行为

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间9月5日晚间消息，纽约劳工权益保护组织"中国劳工观察"(China Labor Watch，以下简称"CLW")周四发布最新报告称，苹果公司即将发布的廉价版iPhone(以下简称" iPhone 5C")的代工厂商捷普科技公司(Jabil Circuit)存在一系列违反劳动法的行为。
　　CLW在报告中称："这些违法行为包括，未支付数百万美元的加班费；每月超过100小时的强制加班时间；超过每天11小时的标准工作时间，除了30分钟的就餐时间之外没有休息；上岗前培训不足；在招聘方面存在歧视等等。"
　　CLW指出，上述违法行为发生在捷普科技无锡工厂。CLW表示，捷普科技当前正在为苹果公司代工iPhone 5C。苹果将于9月10日举行新产品发布会，预计将发布新一代iPhone(iPhone 5S)和低价版本iPhone 5C。(李明)
