商务部：三星苹果等外商应认真对待监督

　　新华网北京10月31日电(记者雷敏)近期中国一些媒体对三星、苹果等外商投资企业的产品质量、价格、售后服务等问题进行了报道和批评。商务部新闻发言人沈丹阳31日对此回应称，这类报道和批评并非仅仅针对外商投资企业，希望相关企业以积极、主动、诚恳的态度，认真对待消费者诉求和媒体监督。
　　沈丹阳表示，相关企业是不是涉嫌违反中国的法律法规，相信相关执法部门会依法做出认定。商务部从自身职责出发，将积极会同和配合有关部门依法开展工作，既要切实维护消费者的合法权益，也会切实保护企业的合法权益。
