微软申请欧盟批准其收购诺基亚协议

网易科技讯 10月30日消息，据路透社报道，早在上月微软就宣布以54.4亿欧元（约合75亿美元）收购诺基亚手机业务，但直到现在才向欧盟委员会申请批准。这份协议还包括诺基亚向微软授权使用其专利组合10年的内容。

欧盟委员会称，将对这笔收购交易进行审查，并在12月4日前做出决定。如果微软肯做出让步，缓解竞争担忧，欧盟也可能将审查期限延长10个工作日。欧盟主要审查微软收购交易是否违反了欧盟反垄断法。由于诺基亚是欧洲公司，各国反垄断机构都将审查该交易以确保竞争不被破坏。
印度政府已经批准了该协议，为两家公司扫清了一个障碍，据当地媒体称，印度政府认为协议"不可能对竞争产生显著的不利影响"。微软收购诺基亚是为了加强羽翼未丰的移动业务，直接参与移动硬件和软件市场的竞争。目前美国监管机构还未批准该协议。（木秀林）
