去哪儿将IPO发行价区间调为12美元至14美元

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间10月31日晚间消息，去哪儿(Qunar)周三更新了IPO(首次公开招股)招股书，将发行价区间由9.50美元至11.50美元上调至12美元至14美元，最多将融资1.56亿美元。
　　去哪儿10月1日向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交了IPO招股书，称拟在纽约证券交易所(NYSE)上市，股票交易代码为"QUNR"，最多融资1.25亿美元。
　　10月19日，去哪儿更新IPO招股书，将发行价区间定在每股美国存托股(ADS)9.50美元至11.50美元，最高融资1.47亿美元。
　　周三，去哪儿再次更新招股书，将发行价区间由9.50美元至11.50美元上调至12美元至14美元。去哪儿将发行1110万部ADS，最高将融资1.56亿美元。
　　招股书还显示，去哪儿2012年总营收为人民币5.02亿元，2011年为人民币2.62亿元，2010年为人民币1.23亿元。去哪儿2012年净亏损为人民币9110万元，2011年净亏损为4600万元，2010年净亏损为440万元。
　　去哪儿IPO承销商为高盛、德银证券、Stifel, Nicolaus & Company、太平洋皇冠证券和香港华兴资本证券。(李明)
