联通增持上市公司股份 张大中持股排名第五

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间5月6日凌晨消息，根据中国联通的公告，中国联通母公司已于近日增持其A股上市公司股份，预计斥资8000万元左右；与此同时，国美集团董事局主席张大中已持有联通A股上市公司7824万股，占公司总股本的0.37%，成为第五大流通股股东。
　　两者的增持应该说纯属于巧合。中国联通自去年开始就一直在增持上市公司股份，此次则是增持2194万股中国联通股份。按中国联通当日股价波动范围计算，联通集团此番增持耗资在7854万到8030万元。
　　据中国联通公告，母公司联通集团此次增持的2194万股股份，约占公司股份总额的0.104%。早先，联通集团曾宣布，拟在未来12个月内累计增持比例不超过总股本的2%。
　　而有意思的是，国美集团董事局主席张大中也现身中国联通第五大股东，持股达到了7824万股，占公司总股本的0.37%。
　　不过，联通股价一直没有太大起色，去年11月底股价还创下近年来的新低。分析人士认为，张大中增持价格区间为3.1～3.8元之间，动用的资金约为2.7亿元，其投资目的和对投资时间如何选择则不清楚。(康钊)
