美ITC推迟三星诉苹果公司侵权案最终判决

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间6月1日早间消息，美国国际贸易委员会(ITC)周五在其网站上发出通知称，三星针对苹果公司发起的专利侵权诉讼案的最终判决时间已被延后至6月4日。
　　美国国际贸易委员会并未就这一延迟决定的理由作出解释。该委员会必须判定苹果公司是否侵犯了三星的四项专利；如果判定为侵权，则还需决定限制某些较老版本的iPhone智能手机和iPad平板电脑进口至美国是否合适的补救措施。(唐风)
