传三星Galaxy Tab 3将采用英特尔Atom处理器

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间5月26日上午消息，英特尔在移动处理器领域的多年投入终于收到回报。消息人士透露，三星新款平板电脑Galaxy Tab 3将采用代号为Clover Trail的英特尔Atom芯片。
　　评测网站GFXBench和SamMobile本周率先发现，一款型号为GT-P5200的三星Santos 103 Android平板电脑采用了英特尔Clover Trail芯片。多家网站判断，该产品即为下一代三星10.1寸Galaxy Tab平板电脑。
　　评测结果称，该机配备分辨率为1280*800的显示屏，搭载Android 4.2.2系统。处理器时钟频率在800MHz至1.6GHz之间，符合双核Atom Z2520处理器的性能范围。该芯片采用了32纳米高介电常数绝缘层/金属栅极(HKMG)制造工艺。
　　另有消息人士称，三星这款平板电脑将会拥有多个版本，另外还可能采用三星自己的Exynos处理器和Nvidia Tegra芯片。
　　英特尔在移动领域有望逐渐进步。该公司发布的Haswell微架构芯片将大大提升能效和图形性能。图形性能将为上一代Atom芯片的两倍，而能效可提高50%。
　　英特尔将在台北国际电脑展上公布最新消息，其中包括新设计和Silvermont、Avoton和Merrifield等低功耗芯片微架构。(达西)
