老虎全球基金减持学而思 持股比例降至9%

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间6月4日晚间消息，据学而思(NYSE:XRS)周一提交给交美国证券交易委员会(SEC)的Schedule 13D文件显示，老虎环球基金(Tiger Global Five China Holdings)的持股比例已降至9.02%。
　　文件显示，虎环球基金当前持有学而思13,973,560股A类普通股(折合6,986,780股美国存托股)，较今年2月1日公布的15,464,160股减少了1,490,600股，持股比例由9.98%降至9.02%。
　　而据学而思2010年9月提交的IPO(首次公开招股)招股书显示，老虎环球基金当时的持股比例为17.50%。截至2012年11月30日，老虎环球基金持股比例降至12.56%。(李明)
