戴尔CEO去年薪酬总额1390万美元 同比降14%

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间6月4日晚间消息，戴尔公司周一提交给美国证券交易委员会(SEC)的文件显示，公司CEO迈克尔·戴尔(Michael Dell)上一财年的薪酬总额为1390万美元，同比下滑14%。
　　文件显示，在截至今年2月1日的2013财年，迈克尔的薪酬总额为1390万美元，与2012财年的1610万美元相比下滑14%。
　　其中，奖金为133万美元，为目标值的70%。基本年薪为95万美元，股票奖励1160万美元，其他补贴1.9122万美元。
　　自2007年重新出任CEO以来，迈克尔投入了数十亿美元进行并购，旨在降低公司对PC业务的依赖，转而发展设备、软件和服务业务。公司去年的销售额为569亿美元，同比下滑8%。每股摊薄收益1.72美元，同比下滑19%。
　　戴尔今年2月宣布，已初步接受私募股权投资公司银湖(Silver Lake)和公司创始人迈克尔给出的每股13.65美元的私有化报价，总价值约244亿美元。7月18日，戴尔将召开特别股东大会，对该私有化提议进行投票。(李明)
