ITC裁定苹果侵犯三星专利

北京商报讯（记者 曲忠芳）苹果与三星的专利战持续发酵。昨日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）裁定，苹果通过电信运营商AT&T销售的部分iPhone和iPad产品侵犯了三星与3G移动通信技术相关的一项专利，并针对这些产品发出了销售禁令。

在ITC发出的禁令书中，涉及的苹果产品是AT&T版的iPhone 4、iPhone 3GS两款智能手机和iPad 3G版、iPad 2 3G版两款平板电脑。这些涉案产品上市时间均已超过一年，目前仍在美国市场销售。
针对此次苹果旧款产品正面临的禁售问题，计世资讯分析师郭畅在接受北京商报记者采访时分析："就以往苹果与三星，以及其他科技公司之间的专利诉讼案来看，禁售令在执行的过程中存在很大变数。"按照惯例，在案件以禁售一方产品告结之前，双方往往会转而寻求和解，采取支付赔偿金或专利使用费等方式。据了解，苹果涉案产品的禁售令已提交至美国总统奥巴马，由其在60天的时间内签署同意后方能生效。
