消息称联想NEC将组建手机合资工厂 月底出结果

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间6月3日晚间消息，日本《读卖新闻》(Yomiuri Shimbun)周一报道称，联想和NEC就成立手机制造和销售合资工厂的谈判已接近尾声。
　　报道称，两家公司最快将本月底达成协议。知情人士称，两家公司当前正在对融资和合资公司的运营事宜展开谈判。
　　《日本经济新闻》今年3月底曾报道，称NEC正与联想推进整合手机业务的谈判。报道称，NEC旗下手机业务持续表现低迷，凭借自身力量很难生存。如果完成与联想的整合，NEC有可能停止在日本生产手机。
　　NEC的手机业务由该公司出资约70%的NEC卡西欧移动通信公司(NEC Casio Mobile Communications)经营，传统功能型手机由自己工厂在日本生产，而智能手机则由外部企业进行代工。
　　NEC和联想2011年曾整合了PC业务。报道称，在手机方面，NEC的计划是继续少量出资，以保留这项业务。(李明)
