深圳出台的《深圳经济特区救助人权益保护规定》于8月1日正式生效，它是国内首部为保护救助人行为而专门制定的地方法规。该规定主要从无过错推定、举证责任、惩戒措施3方面保护救助者，规定"被救助人主张其人身损害是由救助人造成的，应当提供证据予以证明。没有证据或者证据不足以证明其主张的，依法由被救助人承担不利后果"。此前在全国各地发生过许多起救助人被起诉的事件，其中最著名的可能是南京彭宇案。This entry passed through the Full-Text RSS service — if this is your content and you're reading it on someone else's site, please read the FAQ at fivefilters.org/content-only/faq.php#publishers.
