中电信称OTT对短信有影响 将主推自主聊天工具

　　新浪科技讯 5月30日消息，在香港出席股东大会时，中国电信董事长王晓初表示，OTT服务确实对短信量有影响，中国电信将加大力度推自主的聊天工具"翼聊"，会考虑与互联网公司合作运营，这实际上也证实了之前传言的中国电信将与网易合作推广"翼聊"。
　　在全球，OTT业务被普遍认为对电信运营商冲击巨大，三大运营商之前都已表态对微信等OTT业务免费模式的担心，态度基本一致。
　　而此次对于OTT服务对基础电信造成的影响，王晓初表示，OTT服务确实对短信量有影响，但中国电信以数据为主，所受影响相对其他运营商较小，而自主的聊天工具"翼聊"目前注册用户4000万，活跃用户近3000万，主要由政府企业客户，最近考虑加大大众市场推广，包括与互联网公司合作运营。
　　对于即将开始的虚拟运营商试验，王晓初表示，目前未确定有几家企业进入以至批发价等，故难衡量对中国电信的财务影响。(康钊)
