BioWare宣布，龙腾世纪系列第三部《龙腾世纪：审判》将于10月7日发售，发售平台包括了PC、Xbox 360、Xbox One、PlayStation 3和PlayStation 4，目前PC硬件规格尚未正式公布，EA的预售网站仅声明支持Windows 7以上操作系统，游戏标准版售价60美元，豪华版70美元，BioWare此前明确表示不会故意阉割游戏内容作为Day One DLC发布，豪华版预购奖励主要是提供了一些游戏内虚拟物品，如审判庭的龙骨宝座、审判官盔甲和武器等，但奖励内容尚未全部公布。《龙腾世纪：审判》采用了Frostbite 3引擎，受《上古卷轴V：天际》的启发，BioWare第一次在新作中尝试结合开放世界与线性叙事。故事主角是审判官，他/她是一场爆炸的唯一幸存者，注定要去拯救世界，只不过先要恢复记忆。
