国土资源部发布了《2013中国国土资源公报》（PDF），其中一章（第30页）有关地下水监测，称较差级和极差级水质占了近六成。公报指出，在所有4778个地下水监测点中，水质呈优良级、良好级和较好级的分别占总数10.4%、26.9%和3.1%，总数不足所有监测点的一半。 反观水质呈较差级和极差级的监测点，总数达2845个，占所有监测点的59.6%，其中水质呈极差级的监测点有750个，占15.7%。公报指出，个别监测点水质存在重（类）金属铅、六价铬和砷等超标现象。近3年来，全国地下水的水质呈逐年下降趋势。2011年呈优良、良好和较好水质的监测点占总数的45%，2012年和2013年，这一比例分别降至42.7%和40.4%。与此相对应，从2011年至2013年，水质较差和极差的监测点占总数的比例分别为55%、57.4%和59.6%。中国地质调查局的专家曾提到，全国90%的地下水遭受了不同程度的污染，其中60%污染严重。This entry passed through the Full-Text RSS service — if this is your content and you're reading it on someone else's site, please read the FAQ at fivefilters.org/content-only/faq.php#publishers.
