汽车之家确定IPO发行价区间为12-14美元

　　新浪科技讯 11月28日消息，汽车之家11月27日更新了SEC文件，公布了IPO(首次公开招股)定价区间。汽车之家称，公司将以每股ADS(美国存托股票)12美元到14美元的价格发售782万股ADS。按照发行区间最高价计算，如果承销商行使超额认购权，发行股数为899.3万股，最大融资规模1.26亿美元。按照发行价上限计算，汽车之家估值14.7亿美元。
　　11月4日，汽车之家向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交上市申请，计划赴美IPO，最多融资1.2亿美元。汽车之家计划登陆纽交所，股票交易代码为"ATHM"。德意志银行和高盛将担任本次IPO的承销商。(文刀)
