旧电器流通管理办法实施二手家电免费保修

昨日，《旧电器电子产品流通管理办法》正式实施。根据该办法，今后购买"二手"家电、电子产品，不仅能够享受比新货更实惠的价格，还将享受3个月的免费保修。
办法还规定，经营者收购旧电器、电子产品时须对收购产品进行登记，向购买者出具销售凭证或发票。对于实体二手市场的售后保障也将延续到网上，办法规定了通过互联网开展的旧电器电子产品收购和销售活动也将参照执行。
