证监会：百度理财合规 鼓励互联网与基金融合

　　新浪科技讯 11月1日下午，证监会新闻发言人正式就"关于华夏基金与百度合作开展互联网基金销售业务"做出表态。证监会认为，媒体报道中有称百度保本保收益的说法，百度已予以澄清，百度报送证监会材料中确实并无相关违法违规内容。
　　证监会同时通过人民微博"证监会发布"进行了详细说明，华夏基金和百度此前对相关业务已进行报备，方案中未涉及违规内容。在华夏基金与百度合作中，基金销售业务环节均由华夏基金完成，百度未参与基金销售业务。
　　证监会同时强调，鼓励互联网与基金行业融合创新发展。(文刀)
