法国取消转基因玉米禁令



唱红反转 写道 "2012年法国政府禁止在国内种植孟山都的MON810转基因玉米，8月1日法国行政法院宣布正式解除这一禁令。行政法院认为，2012年3月，时任农业部长布鲁诺.勒.麦赫在作物评估方面犯了过度夸张不良作用的错误。法院声明称，针对MON810玉米的禁令缺少法律依据，因为欧盟的禁令仅适用于该品种使成员国处于紧急情况或是对自然、动物、人类造成重大威胁时。法院表示解除禁令的决议基于可靠的科学依据。 一项调查显示，在法国，80%的公民反对种植、售卖及食用转基因作物。"
