iPhone现大面积"激活出错"

北京商报讯（记者 吴辰光）众多微博网友昨日反映，自己的iPhone出现"激活出错"提示。苹果公司中国客服人员承认，上述问题是因为iOS 7开发者系统的服务器出现崩溃导致。

据了解，苹果公司会在"激活出错"提示中，告知用户此设备尚未注册"iPhone开发者项目计划"。如果是"iPhone开发者项目计划"的成员，可以去开发者的网站进行注册。不过，对于很多用户而言，他们并不是"iPhone开发者项目计划"的成员。他们之所以收到这样的提示，是因为他们在iOS 7系统的正式版本发布前，提前尝试了iOS 7的测试版系统。很多的iOS 7测试版体系是由第三方网站下载提供，但是苹果公司中国客服人员强调，针对中国普通用户，苹果公司并未提供过测试版本，第三方提供的测试版系统，苹果公司并不承认。苹果公司中国客服人员表示，用户需要重新激活设备，但如果用户没有在此之前进行过文件备份的话，iPhone中的照片、短信、通讯录等可能都会丢失。
