25年前，World Wide Web还只是欧洲粒子物理研究所一位默默无闻的年轻计算机科学家论文中的一个想法。在这篇发表于1989年3月12日的论文中，Tim Berners-Lee 提出了一种访问联网计算机上文件的简单方法，为互联网成为一种触动数十亿人生活的全球性现象铺平了道路。但这个互联网的蓝图一开始却是被完全的忽视。
