北京河北天津考虑协同限行

为了减少空气污染，河北将和北京、天津等周边地区探讨区域统一限号限行的措施。
河北环保厅副厅长殷广平表示，京津冀三地目前已就大气污染防治建立联防联控机制，由北京主要领导牵头，三地基本每月开一次会。三省市会进行信息共享，通报各自治理空气污染的政策、措施以及完成目标情况，定期商讨和研究应对措施。殷广平表示，目前三地在联防联控方面存在政策矛盾，包括在重污染天气启动应急预案中，三地机动车限行号尾数不同。目前相关部门正在就如何配合统一有关政策进行探讨。
