亚马逊高管团队缩水：一年减少3人

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间2月7日下午消息，过去一年间，亚马逊对管理层展开了重大调整，损失了4名高管，但目前只为其中一人找到了继任者。
　　这些变动都是悄然展开的，没有对外宣布，更令人意外的是，多数已经离职的高管依然出现在亚马逊官方网站管理层列表中。
　　但将该公司上周提交给美国证券交易委员会(SEC)的年报与去年的年报进行对比，便会很容易发现这些信息。
　　2011年，亚马逊的高管团队有12人，现在只有9人。不过，这些离职似乎只是正常的人员调动，而非大规模的重组。
　　但在员工总数从2011年的5.62万增长到2012年的8.84万的情况下，亚马逊竟然缩减了高管团队，这一点的确令人费解。另外，该公司过去十年间还进军了多个业务领域。
　　在亚马逊年报的高管列表中消失的四名高管分别是：亚马逊总法律顾问米歇尔·威尔森(Michelle Wilson)、全球数字媒体高级副总裁史蒂文·凯瑟尔(Steven Kessel)、全球运营高级副总裁马克·奥尼图(Marc Onetto)和销售服务高级副总裁塞巴斯蒂安·古宁汉姆(Sebastian J. Gunningham)。
　　其中两人的离职很容易解释。例如，威尔森自1999年起便担任亚马逊总法律顾问，她去年9月离职休产假。科技博客GeekWire去年8月曾经报道了她的离职。而亚马逊发言人泰伊·罗杰斯(Ty Rogers)也证实了这一消息，并表示，大卫·扎珀尔斯基(David Zapolsky)已经取代了她的职位。扎珀尔斯基目前一人身兼三职，包括副总裁、总法律顾问和秘书。

　　罗杰斯还简单解释了奥尼图的离职，称他在亚马逊任职7年后决定退休。但罗杰斯拒绝透露奥尼图的具体离职日期。不过，根据亚马逊的年报来看，他已经不再担任该公司的高管。
　　上述四人中最大的谜团便是古宁汉姆的离职。亚马逊随后解释说，古宁汉姆的职位并未变动，只是不再属于高管序列。
　　与所有上市公司一样，除了CEO、总裁、CFO、首席会计官和COO外，亚马逊也无需披露所有高管的离职消息。因此，要了解该公司的高管变动，最好的办法就是对比前后两年的年报。(鼎宏)
