诺基亚4250万美元出售芬兰Peltola办公园区

诺基亚位于芬兰奥卢(Oulu)的Peltola办公园区。
　　新浪科技讯 北京时间2月12日晚间消息，继去年12月出售芬兰埃斯波(Espoo)总部后，诺基亚现又将位于芬兰奥卢(Oulu)的Peltola办公园区出售给芬兰办公空间提供商Technopolis。
　　据诺基亚提交给芬兰证券交易所的一份文件显示，Technopolis将以3170万欧元(约合4250万美元)的价格购买Peltola办公园区。该办公园区占地面积37600平方米，还包括一个可容纳800辆汽车的停车场。
　　出售该办公园区后，诺基亚将回租17400平方米的空间继续办公，与去年出售埃斯波总部时做法基本一致。
　　去年12月，诺基亚将芬兰埃斯波总部以1.7亿欧元(约合2.22亿美元)的价格出售给芬兰公司Exilion。之后，诺基亚将从Exilion手中回租该总部用于办公，此举旨在降低成本。(李明)
