　　新浪科技讯 北京时间2月8日晚间消息，欧洲出版商理事会(European Publishers Council)主管弗朗西斯科·巴尔斯莫(rancisco Pinto Balsemao)周四表示，谷歌必须要向整个欧洲的媒体公司支付内容使用费。
　　谷歌上周宣布，同意因使用其内容而向法国出版商支付费用。为此，谷歌成立一个6000万欧元(约合8000万美元)的基金来支持法国出版商。法国出版商此前表示，由于谷歌在搜索引擎中提供了来自其网站的内容标题和摘要，因此应该为此支付费用。
　　而巴尔斯莫周四表示，谷歌必须要向整个欧洲的媒体公司支付内容使用费。他说："搜索引擎90%以上的营收来自网络广告，而其中相当部分又直接或间接来自免费获得的专业媒体所制作的新闻或娱乐内容。"
　　"对于欧洲媒体公司而言，这是很糟糕的，因为搜索引擎并未得到他们的授权。因此，像谷歌这样的内容聚合器，都应该为此而支付费用。"
　　巴尔斯莫还称："谷歌同意谈判，对相关问题进行讨论，这向正确的方向迈出了一步，现在必须还要在欧洲其他国家采取同样的措施。"
