　　新浪科技讯 北京时间2月1日上午消息，携程网今日发布了该公司截至2012年12月31日的第四季度及全年未经审计的财务业绩。财报显示，携程网第四季度净营收为11亿元人民币(约合1.77亿美元)，同比增19%；归属于公司股东的净利润为1.93亿元人民币(约合3100万美元)，同比降24%。
　　财报发布后，携程董事长梁建章、CEO范敏、COO孙洁及CFO武文洁等召开电话会议，解读财报要点并回答分析师提问。
　　以下是分析师问答部分主要内容：
　　高盛分析师：第一个问题有关机票优惠活动。能否谈谈推出此活动的目的以及未来未来计划在多少资源中推广此活动？
　　孙洁：我们推出返现活动主要是因为，首先，行业及市场增长十分迅速，但是我们所占市场份额仍较小，因此，在这个增长十分迅速的市场中，机票优惠活动具有决定性意义，通过不同的策略，如定价策略、产品策略及IT战略等，来扩大我们的领先优势。所以，我们必须采取这个现金优惠措施，已迅速提高我们的市场份额。
