鸿海注资夏普将告吹 分析称或因iPhone5减产

晨报讯（记者 刘映花）据日本媒体报道，夏普公司基本决定暂时中止将于3月26日到期的与台湾鸿海精密工业公司的出资谈判。鸿海就出资夏普向台湾政府提交了申请，但相关手续迟迟未完成。夏普因此将优先考虑其他的潜在合作者。
夏普去年3月与鸿海达成合作协议，鸿海以每股550日元的价格向夏普注资约669亿日元。后来，由于夏普业绩恶化，股价大跌，双方决定修改出资条件。然而，围绕业务合作领域等意见分歧导致谈判陷入僵局。此外，有分析认为，苹果iPhone5的减产导致鸿海业绩变差也对此造成了影响。
