TCL多媒体拟分拆AV代工业务单独上市

　　TCL多媒体(01070.HK)2月22日公告称，拟分拆音视频产品(AV)的OEM和ODM业务在香港联交所单独上市。
　　TCL多媒体旗下有彩电(TV)和AV两大业务。去年TCL彩电销量首次突破1500万台，跻身全球彩电销量前三强。AV业务又分两块，一块是音响(audio)产品；另一块是视频(video)产品，包括普通DVD和蓝光播放机。
　　TV与AV的业务模式完全不同。彩电业务主要做自主品牌，包括TCL、乐华等，需要自己拓展销售渠道；而AV业务则主要做代工，无需做渠道，且要对代工客户的信息进行保密。
　　"TCL的彩电业务做得越响，对AV业务伤害越大，因为TCL的AV代工客户主要都是国际品牌。"一位分析人士称。
　　公告中还称，尚未向联交所提交上市的申请，实施分拆还须等联交所批准、董事会最终决定及资本市场的情况。
