分众传媒获2.5亿美元私有化交易贷款承诺

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间3月1日晚间消息，China Daily网站英文版援引两位知情人士的消息称，分众传媒已获得资助私有化交易所需贷款23%的承诺，并延长了私有化收购时间以吸引更多投资者。
　　China Daily援引知情人士的消息称，出借方目前只承诺了10.75亿美元贷款中的2.5亿美元。
　　今年1月有报道称，分众传媒私有化贷款银行将转售10.8亿美元的贷款，以此来分担风险。该贷款的利率较伦敦银行同业拆息高5.25个百分点。
　　分众传媒去年8月宣布，接到公司董事长江南春联合方源资本等投资方提交的私有化建议书，拟以每股美国存托股27美元(每股普通股5.4美元)将公司私有化
　　去年12月，分众传媒宣布达成最终的私有化协议，将以普通股每股5.50美元，或以每股美国存托27.50美元的价格收购分众传媒。(李明)
