中国电话用户数突破14亿户

　　中新社北京2月25日电 (记者 刘育英)中国工业和信息化部25日发布数据称，截至2013年1月底，中国电话用户数达到14.0032亿户，其中手机用户11.2亿户，固定电话用户2.8亿户，二者之和已经超过了中国大陆的人口数。
　　据国家统计局的数据，到2012年底，中国大陆人口数为13.5亿户。
　　由于移动通信普及率达到83%，手机用户继续增长的空间已经压缩。1月份，手机用户增加996万户，而在去年同期，手机用户增加了1034万户。短信量也比去年同期降低了10%。
　　3G是移动通信的亮点。2013年1月份，3G用户增加1308万户，达到2.46亿户。随之而来的是手机上网流量比去年同期激增了54%。
　　近年来，为了使农村和偏远地区的民众用上电话，缩小信息鸿沟，中国实施了"村通工程"。至2013年1月底，在2.8亿固定电话用户中，农村电话用户数为8800多万。中国60多万个行政村100%通上电话，88%通上宽带。(完)
