英特尔今年推新款手机芯片 将采用3D晶体管

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间2月25日晚间消息，英特尔今年晚些时候将向设备厂商提供新一代Atom智能手机芯片，采用采用3D晶体管，以便于手机厂商对其进行测试。
　　这款智能手机芯片被称为Merrifield，采用3D晶体管。与英特尔当前的手机平台相比，Merrifield在性能和电池续航方面将大大提升。英特尔发言人称，Merrifield完全采用全新设计，新架构可以确保处理器运行速度更快，更节能。
　　英特尔去年5月发布了Merrifield，并表示该款芯片将定位于高端智能手机市场。最终，Merrifield将取代英特尔当前的智能手机芯片Clover Trail+。
　　Merrifield采用22纳米制造工艺，但英特尔表示，正在加速14纳米智能手机芯片的开发。英特尔并未透露基于Merrifield芯片的智能手机何时上市，但通常厂商测试和推出产品需要18个月时间，意味着最早也要等到明年。(李明)
