柯达正式完成数字成像专利出售 获益5.27亿美元

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间2月2日下午消息，据美国科技博客Engadget报道，柯达今天宣布，已正式完成了数字成像专利的拍卖交易，获益5.27 亿美元。
　　这笔交易共涉及1100项专利，买方包括苹果、谷歌等公司，由Intellectual Ventures和RPX这两家专利授权机构牵头实施。
　　这些公司之所以买下柯达专利，主要是为了应对有关成像技术的法律诉讼。此外，柯达也同意与所有买家和解之前的专利诉讼案。
　　虽然成交额远远低于之前预计的20亿美元，但柯达仍然是交易的最大受益方，这笔现金可以帮助其偿还大部分债务，打消潜在投资方的疑虑，让他们相信柯达可以在2013年上半年摆脱破产保护。(扬帆)
