金山出售旗下房地产公司80%股份 作价两亿元

　　新浪科技讯 2月6日下午消息，金山软件今日公告称，决定以两亿元的价格出售旗下一家房地产公司80%的股份。
　　公告显示，被出售的公司名为"成都百铭房地产有限公司"，成都百铭是金山软件旗下全资附属公司，主要从事房地产开发和管理。金山将出售该地产公司80%的股权，成交价两亿元。
　　成都百铭成立于2011年，注册资本为两亿，主要资产是土地。广告显示，成都百铭在成都高新技术产业开发区拥有1.6万平方米的地块使用权。截止2011年底，该公司的资产净值为2.03亿元。
　　根据双方订立的协议，金山出售后海将持有该公司20%的有限股份，并且最晚会在2016年6月30日前变现。根据协议，买方公司和成都百铭需保证金山这部分的应计回报不少于8800万元。(李云)
