春运以来北京市网上订机票投诉猛增

　　本报讯(记者杨滨)由于返乡过节和购买打折机票出行旅游的消费者逐渐增多，春运以来网上订票投诉猛增。据市工商局12315、市消协96315统计，消费者反映的主要问题包括网站不按时出票、擅自取消机票预订订单、强制购买保险、票面信息错误、飞行日期错误、擅自提高退票手续费等。
　　在此，工商部门提醒消费者，选择网上预订机票服务时，首先要选择正规、信誉良好的航空公司官方网站或知名大型旅游网站等；订票前确认机票航班号、日期、姓名、性别等信息；订单生成后要保留好相关电子凭证；如发生消费纠纷及时向有关部门申(投)诉。
