三星董事长家人要求分割巨额资产被法院驳回

三星电子董事长李建熙
　　新浪科技讯 北京时间2月1日下午消息，韩国首尔一家法院今天做出了一项有利于三星电子董事长李建熙(Lee Kun-hee)的裁决，驳回李建熙家人向其索要数十亿美元家族企业股份的请求。
　　此前，李建熙的哥哥和姐姐在法院提起了三项诉讼，要求李建熙及Samsung Everland(三星集团的实际控股公司)交出三星人寿公司价值近40亿美元的股份。在三星集团及其旗舰公司三星电子中，三星人寿都占据着核心地位。
　　三星集团是韩国最大的企业集团，而三星电子又被誉为该集团"皇冠上的宝石"，是全球第一大智能手机、电视机和存储芯片制造商。
　　虽然这一诉讼不可能让71岁的李建熙丧失对三星电子的控制，可一旦法院果真作出不利于他的判决，李建熙的股份可能会被稀释，那么他只得对三星电子微妙的股权结构进行调整，以重新获得对这家公司的实际控制权。
　　首尔中央地区法院法官今天裁定，李建熙可继续持有三星电子价值10亿多美元的股份，以及三星人寿价值10亿美元的股份。此外，Samsung Everland也被允许保留三星人寿10亿美元的股份。李健熙持有三星人寿20.76 %的股份，是公司最大的股东。
　　李建熙的哥哥和姐姐在去年将他告上了法庭，指责其夺走了他们继承自父亲李秉喆(三星创始人)的价值数十亿美元的股份。李建熙则反驳说，作为父亲指定继承人，他有权变更集团公司的股份。
　　这一判决正值三星电子继承人计划处于关键时期。几个月前，李建熙的儿子、44岁的李在镕(Jay Y. Lee)被提升为副董事长。李建熙持有三星电子不到4%的股份，但通过李氏家族所持Samsung Everland和三星人寿的股份，他掌握着三星电子及三星集团旗下80家子公司的实际控制权。(扬帆)
